All products sold on GetDigitalProducts are digital downloads delivered electronically. Once a product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order before the download link or digital product has been delivered.

Once the product has been delivered or made available for download, the order cannot be cancelled.

3. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

After verification, we will process a refund for the duplicate payment.

7. Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your download link or purchase confirmation within a reasonable time after payment, please contact our support team.

We will verify your order and resend the download link if necessary.
